Now Hiring: Front Desk Agent (Full & Part-Time, Seasonal)

Location: Swan Bay Resort – Alexandria Bay, NY
Season: Spring through Fall
Pay: $17–$20/hour

Spend your summer working on the St. Lawrence River while helping guests experience the best of the Thousand Islands.

Swan Bay Resort & Marina — proudly known as The #1 Luxury RV Resort in New York — is looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents.

Our front desk team is the first impression and the heartbeat of the guest experience. From welcoming guests as they arrive to helping them plan their stay, this role plays a key part in creating the memorable experiences Swan Bay is known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out of the resort
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
  • Assist guests with retail purchases at the Rift Boutique
  • Help coordinate shuttle pickups and guest transportation
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk

Because we are a team-first environment, this role requires an “all hands on deck” mindset.

Front Desk Agents may also assist with:

  • Retail sales
  • Guest questions and problem solving
  • Light administrative tasks
  • Supporting other departments when needed

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required)

Hospitality, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
