Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization across our lodging units, bathhouses, and common areas — ensuring every space feels warm, inviting, and guest-ready.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all lodging units (tiny homes + chalets), bathhouses, hallways, and designated common areas.
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest comfort standards.
• Follow established Swan Bay cleaning checklists and sanitation protocols consistently.
• Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly for fast resolution.
• Maintain detailed cleaning logs and adhere to assigned schedules.
• Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Manager and team to ensure prompt room readiness and smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Strong floor-care skills (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing).
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals for safe, effective sanitation.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable following instructions and established checklists.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person with the right attitude.
