ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & Quality Standards

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations across 17 lodging units (tiny homes + chalets), 3 bathhouses, and all shared spaces.
  • Maintain Swan Bay’s signature high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.
  • Work alongside your team during busy days to support quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support a positive, collaborative housekeeping team.
  • Hire and train an amazing seasonal staff who take pride in their work.
  • Foster a culture where accountability, teamwork, and excellence are the norm.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Utilize Swan Bay’s existing checklists and housekeeping systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and refine systems for clarity, efficiency, and team success.
  • Maintain organization and flow in the laundry room, ensuring timely turnover and inventory readiness.

Coordination & Communication

  • Partner with Maintenance and Front Desk to ensure smooth turnovers and quick response to issues.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all departments to keep operations aligned.
  • Monitor supply levels, linens, and equipment needs; coordinate purchasing when necessary.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in housekeeping leadership or hospitality operations.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning best practices and guest readiness standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality spaces.
  • Organizational strengths with the ability to prioritize tasks and streamline workflow.
  • Comfortable being held accountable and holding others accountable in a supportive way.
  • Enjoys improving systems—not creating them from scratch, but making them better.
  • Positive, team-oriented leader with a “Hustle with Heart” mindset.
