Now Hiring: Shuttle Driver (Full & Part-Time, Seasonal)

Location: Swan Bay Resort – Alexandria Bay, NY
Season: Spring through Fall
Pay: $17–$20/hour

Spend your summer working on the St. Lawrence River while helping guests experience the best of the Thousand Islands.

Swan Bay Resort & Marina — proudly known as The #1 Luxury RV Resort in New York — is looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Shuttle Drivers for the upcoming season.

Our shuttle drivers help guests experience the best of the Thousand Islands, transporting them safely between Alexandria Bay and Clayton, as well as to local experiences like wine tours, hikes, fireworks, and special events.

What You’ll Do

• Drive our resort shuttle between Alexandria Bay and Clayton
• Transport guests to local attractions such as wine tours, hiking trails, fireworks, and events
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience for every guest you interact with
• Ensure the shuttle is clean, safe, and ready for operation
• Communicate with the front desk team to ensure smooth pickups and drop-offs

Because we are a team-first environment, this position also includes helping where needed throughout the resort.

When not driving, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting guests at the Rift Boutique retail counter
• Answering phones and assisting with reservations
• Delivering firewood to campsites
• Washing golf carts
• Supporting other departments when needed

We are looking for someone who embraces an “all hands on deck” mindset and enjoys being part of a hardworking team dedicated to providing the best possible guest experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable assisting across departments when needed
• Flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required)
