Antique Boat Museum World's Largest Classic Boat Collection
The Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, NY is home to the largest collection of antique and classic boats on display in North America, with over 300 beautifully-preserved vessels. Located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, the museum offers visitors the chance to explore rich boating history through interactive experiences including speedboat rides through the Thousand Islands in a triple cockpit runabout, rowing a St. Lawrence skiff in French Bay, and touring George Boldt's magnificent 106-foot two-story houseboat from 1904. The 4.5-acre waterfront campus features multiple exhibit buildings, a working boat restoration shop, and 1,900 feet of dockage along 1,300 feet of river shoreline. The museum hosts the longest-running annual antique boat show and auction in the country. Wheelchair accessible with senior and military discounts. Open seasonally May through October.
