Owned and operated by husband-and-wife Daniel and Lucy Marin, El Buen Sazón is a family-run venture launched in May 2024 in Watertown, NY. Their mission is simple: serve 100% homemade, traditional Mexican dishes that are bursting with flavor and made with love. Whether you’re craving classic comfort or something new, their menu is packed with rich flavors that reflect generations of culinary heritage.
Their food truck menu is a mouthwatering lineup of tacos, mulitas, salbutes, sopes, quesabirrias, tamales, tostadas, and flautas—all crafted from scratch using time-honored techniques and fresh ingredients.
