Hosted by Swan Bay Resort, Bridge the Gap is more than just a walk. It's a day of community, remembrance, and hope. Participants come together to walk across the Thousand Islands Bridge in support of the Compassionate Care Foundation, a nonprofit that provides local cancer patients with supportive therapies. It's a chance to stand with the local cancer community and show your support.
Join us for this inspiring day and help support local cancer care! You can register to walk, create a team, or donate to a current team. Registrants may also order Bridge the Gap t-shirts during registration and pick them up on event day.
